The State Department for Performance and Delivery Management is domiciled at the Ministry of Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management created under Executive Order No. 2 of November, 2023 on the re-organization of the government of the Republic of Kenya. It is one of the two state departments in the Ministry of Public Service, Performance and Delivery Management, the other being the State Department for Public Service.
